When She is especially chuffed, She says Her heart is warm. Right now, everything outside is warm, but Her heart is very, very warm. If you wonder why, it is because of the people who came here today. Kasey and I knew something was going to happen, just by how happy They were. They wanted me to be happy as well, because They put a big cloth on the table, so I could get up there and play with it. I was having so much fun, Kasey came and tried it, too. We were fine until I accidentally (snerk) rolled over onto her tail. I ran away before Kasey could biff me.
Then the people came. It was Her beloved Mazie and her Mom and Dad and sister, as well as a very nice friend. They had some things to eat and drink. They talked and talked, and She got a present of a picture Mazie drew, and a cup with the same picture. You know She loves those gifts.
But here is the sad part. After everyone had been here awhile, it was time for them to go to another city to see a graduation. There were tears and hugs and more hugs and more I love yous. When they drove away, She told Him She didn't know when She would see Mazie again. Count your blessings, She reminded Herself. Mazie is doing well in school, everyone likes the weather where they live, and there is always the computer to send messages and stories. Still, I am going to have to give extra snuggles tonight. Chow, bellas.
