It is almost two weeks, and we are still maintaining our dignity by the use of zones. The bedroom and closet are no-dog zones. We venture out carefully, and are beginning to believe Her when She says the d-o-g won't hurt us. I have gotten a look at the little fuzz-ball, and while I still don't like her, I am not actually afraid anymore. Tori-Tzu is what She calls a small, yappy-type dog. T-TZ has a really high bark that hurts my ears. I have gone back to giving Her snuggles. I don't want Her to forget how good those snuggles feel to both of us. One new thing, is that we sometimes get snuggles from Him. It's nice.
Today was cold and rainy, and I am so glad I didn't have to go outside. Other places are still having snow, She said, and it is the first day of Spring. Tomorrow, some people are running a long way to get money for Eddie's charity. She is so proud of those people. She still can't believe Her beloved Eddie ran so far. She thinks Eddie is a hero.
She is also excited that Her OperaGirl is going to sing in a wonderful opera soon. All of Her family - cats, friends and grandchildren - make Her heart so happy that sometimes She just sings. I like when that happens. Oooops, I hear barking. Gotta go. Addy- ose.
