Grumbly Cats

Well, foo. I still haven't seen snow. We were told to expect a whole bunch of snow and ice and nasty slush. When we woke up, there was no snow, and it looked the same as any winter morning. When He went out to feed the birds, He said the grass was all covered in ice, but you couldn't tell from in here. And She saw on the news that cars were running into each other by the dozens. I guess it wasn't a waste of emergency closing of schools and stuff, but We were ready for a bushel of trouble, and just got a cupful. It was smart to stay home, but you could not call it an adventure. I think people who have a bunch of snow are laughing at us.
Never mind that. We kept busy around the house. She had Her leftover pizza to cheer her up, and He makes sure there are always plenty of kibbles. Our electric stuff stayed on, and She could play on the computer. I helped Her with that until She went to do some other stuff, and I curled up in a comfy chair. Kasey was pretty lively, and played with her fish, which has bells on it. What They wondered was if they would be able to play that big football game they talk about. Right now, airports are closed. What if the players can't get here? What if they can't get rid of all the ice? She doesn't care a flip about football games, but this one is a big deal, and if they can't have it, our state will look really bad. I'll let you know how it turns out. Oddy-ose for now.
