Peculiar Cats

This was a very peculiar day. You know she was intending to go to hear LW'sMom give a talk. When She woke up, She had a bunch of aches and pains, so She took some red pills and read the paper. Here's a surprise - She didn't even have some coffee-the-drink. After awhile She felt better, and was OK when Mable'sMom came to bring Her some soup. That soup was really delicious. She gave me a taste, and put some of it away to have later. After She and I worked on some changing things around in Her office, which is where I am now, She sat down and fell asleep. That's another peculiar thing. She never sleeps in the day. I guess She needs to drink that coffee.
I decided to go to sleep, too. I curled up on one of Kasey's soft blankets, which was OK, because Kasey was asleep in the box Her OperaGirl sent. Kasey still thinks inside the box, you see.
Well, later on, when She woke up, She felt OK. Don't worry, Coffs, She said. Old people get peculiar days once in awhile. Like His mother. That lady called six times so far, to complain to Him that He doesn't come to where she lives and fix everything. It makes Him feel so sad. What She says is if I ever get like that, just shoot me. I hope She never gets like that, because I don't want Him to shoot Her. I think She had a peculiar day, so I will give her some snuggles, and maybe have a nap on Her lap. Chow for now.
