We were kind of busy today, but it was because we had to get things done before She went to meet with LW'sMom and have some good things to eat. She had a paper tht said She could get stuff free, and that is Her favorite thing: something free and delicious with a particular favorite person. They have not seen each other in lots of weeks, and She could finally return that pesky dish that LW'sMom brought over, filled with food which He especially liked. It can't get filled again if you don't return it, He said. He was trying to act like He was joking, but She says He means it.
She said She wished She could have some frozen yogurt with Her OperaGirl and they could talk about OG's upcoming trip where she will show her pictures. OperaGirl takes particularly nice pictures, you know, and She wishes OG would sell her pictures for a million dollars, so she wouldn't have to work so hard and get tired. Kasey and I are sending love to our cousin, Lion, who lives at OG's house.
Tonight, They wuill watch a movie that came in the mail. They like to do that on days that the programs are all old. It is amazing to Her that there are so many things to watch. Did you know that when She was a little girl, there was no such thing as television? If you wanted to see a movie, you had to go to the show. Even if getting old gives you aches and pains sometimes, it is fun to have all these magical things that weren't there before. I know I don't know what I would do if there wasn't lap-time when a program was on. How did cats get snuggles in the olden days? I'll have to ask Her. For now, though, I need to get some cold water out of my silver bowl. Ta-ta.
