Every so often Her beloved Crones have an extra, special lunch, and today was their winter one. Naturally, she was happy and smiling while I got my brushing, and She let me get a drink out of the bathtub as a special treat. This lunch was closer than the old place, and it is a pretty ladies kind of place. She showed me a picture on the computer. Well, a bunch of Her Crones and Cronelets were there, and everyone really liked what they had to eat, all except Domino'sMom, who got sick. She hopes it wasn't from the food. So far, no one else is sick. She is most happy when She is with these friends - together or separate. It makes Her smile all the rest of the day. I took advantage of Her good spirits and got in an extra snuggle.
A lot of nice things came in the mail today. He and She got letters from far-away friends. She has a great Eddie-friend who lives where there are mountains and snow. This friend sent Her some jam and some honey. She laughed, because Her Eddie talks about jam and bees a lot. This was a nice family-feeling thing, finding all these nice Eddie-people. They are all over the world, She says, and they really care about each other. I know She hopes Her OperaGirl gets the package that She sent pretty soon.
Right now, He is cutting up vegetables. She likes to get them already cut up, but He likes to chop things up. I don't hold out high hopes for dinner, because of the major amount of food She had at the Crones' lunch. So, Oddy-ose for now.
