It seems as if every place in our country - almost - is as hot as we are all summer. Trouble is, these other people aren't so used to it. Here, we have everything air-conditioned, because we know it is going to be hot. In those other places, it generally gets much colder than here. We surely don't like it cold, but we would not like to be in hot weather without air conditioning to keep us cool. Kasey and I like to be cool enough so that we can sleep in a patch of sun in the afternoon.
I told you we have had a little rain. Well, that means our yard needs looking after, and that is a job for Him. He had to go out and cut things. He had to clear the walk, because the plants have grown so much He could hardly walk up to the door. It is much nicer now. You know that means work for us, because we have to watch out the windows and be sure He is feeling fine and doing the job right. It can wear a cat out, I am telling you.
Another thing we had to help with is making sure there is no cat-hair in the computer or the keys. You would think we left hair everyplace to hear them tell it.
She told us Her OzGirl went to London on the same plane that Her Beloved Eddie was on. Her OperaGirl told Her about it, and She is very happy for Her girls and Eddie.
Hey. He just came in and brought Her flowers. I have to go and help Her put them in water so they stay nice. I'll bet you six kibbles that Kasey will eat them before long. Later, gator.
