For some reason, I was particularly in need of attention. All my food and water dishes were filled, my litter was clean, and there was no earthly reason to keep bothering Her. I started while She was still asleep, and walked all over Her until She had to get up. She was OK with it, and toast and butter went off without a hitch. She was amused that the notice that the country was not going to have to shut down was clear in on page 4, after it had been in headlines for a long time. So He and His mother will get their checks OK. Then I had to help Her with Her computering. I just could not get enough pets!
She wrote a letter to the people that want to charge a lot for His mother's tax and told them not to be silly. We have to wait and see what they say.
But best of all was Her lunch with Cleo'sMom and Girl. The place was one of Her favorites, and it made Her happy just to be there. They met some people who were even older than She is, and had some fun talking to them. The old people knew They were all family there, just like we are at home. Her food was fine, although not exactly what She expected. She brought a bunch of it home. That way, She could get a little pie made out of berries, and it came with ice cream. She ate the ice cream off, and brought most of the pie as well. When She warms it up for Her dinner, all the love and fun from the lunch will come back. I can't think of anything nicer for today - unless She had brought home fish. Tune in tomorrow. Hana's day!
