Well-Fed Cats

One thing is for sure, Kasey and I get enough to eat. Our kibbles are delicious. Kasey gets nice treats. I have tried a couple and they are very nice. I get several fingers of butter each day, which gives me a great start. I have also been known to get a taste of what They have for dinner. Tonight, for example, They are having that lovely pink fish. He and She make interesting food for Their dinner. She is kind of sad, because She doesn't like to fix dinner every night. She is sad, because She used to like to plan and fix meals They would both like. Awhile ago, He tried different things and fixed them for Himself. Ever since then, She lost the joy from it, and now She fixes only easy things. She still likes to eat, though. She hasn't lost the joy from that.
Today She went to the store for easy stuff to fix. While She was there, She found Her beloved Root Beer on sale, and brought a bunch of it. She has some root beer every day. I wonder what She will do on the boat ride. Do you suppose they will have root beer? Everyone tells us they have lots of good food on the boat rides. She wishes it were over and She was back home. She has to have fun, for His sake, you know.
There is sun on my spot on the floor, so I guess I'll go and have a sun-snooze. Everyone have a nice dinner and a nice night.
