When She gets ready to read, She gets all comfy in Her favorite chair and picks one of the books stacked up on the table next to her. She used to read very fast, and read a lot. Now, Her eyes are bothering Her, and She can't read as well. It really makes her grumpy, sometimes. Cleo'sMom lent Her a book that is like a TV show they all watch, and She wants to finish it so She can pass it to Smudge'sMom in a good amount of time, but the reading is still slow. The big book that He gave Her about The Earth is full of pictures and the writing is in little paragraphs. She has lots of fun with that book. She says it is like dessert after a meal of reading regular books.
You know She likes to give presents? Well She has something for some people, and will send them out. Her OperaGirl told Her that you didn't need Christmas for an excuse to give presents, and She said Brilliant! I just hope She finds good sales, because She is very particular about money, and would not like to run out!
Of course, I help Her when She is reading, and Kasey helps Him. We are very encouraging, and if Her eyes get tired, I give Her a snuggle and a massage until She can be ready to read some more. Then I wait for dinner, and She shows Her appreciation by giving me a little taste. It is why I like it better when She stays home at dinner time. She is kind of quiet now. I had better go and check on Her. Chow.
