Better Day Cats
Yesterday I told you about the rain, the loud noises and the flashing lights. It started up again after I wrote my story, and by the time we were ready for bed, so much rain had come down that there were emergencies all over town. What a relief that He got home safely, because the TV showed lots of cars under water. Where we live, the water was not so deep, and our lights didn't go out, so we were lucky, like we always are. I was ready for more rain and noise today, but what do you know? The sun came out and it has stayed nice and quiet. Kasey and I are very glad that it is sunny and nice, although Kasey would never admit to being scared. Kasey thinks the rain should be scared of her. Our Mazie was singing in a huge chorus yesterday, and She looked at pictures of Her little darling in the front row. That made Her feel quite chuffed, but beside that, She didn't feel very well today. It wasn't from being sad, or afraid of the rain, it was more like a tummy ache. She took those little red pills and is having a rest. Meanwhile, He is excited to get another step closer to finishing His project. I believe He will start making some money with it very soon. If not, well - She doesn't want to go there. The pizza was especially delicious last night, and I am guessing that it will be snacks for dinner tonight, which for Kasey and me, means kibbles and no sauce. He is having some pictures made for His project and that will probably be through dinner time. I guess I can let it go tonight, since it is for important work, but I will speak up for fish tomorrow. For the rest of you, bone appetite.
