A long time ago, before we lived here with Them, She was some kind of boss at Her church. Also in that bunch, there was another boss, and She liked him very much. One day, this guy moved far away, halfway around the world, and took his family and stayed for a long time. Well, finally those people moved back here to the place where we live, and got a house just a few streets away. It makes Her so chuffed that they are here that She smiles when She says their names. Last week at Sabra'sHouse She had a chance to visit with the guy's wife, whom She also loves, and today the guy came to visit and brought some purple flowers. What a lovely visit it was. And the guy didn't eat any of the cookies She put out, either. He and She saw so many good friends and family these two days that She said She almost felt like a normal person again.
Here's another nice thing. When They went to Rocky'sMom's birthday, They both brought home some of Their dinner. Tonight She does not need to fix dinner, just heat up the food They brought home. I saw it, and it looks very tasty. I'll be glad to share some of it with Them. All the sad things that have happened in the last tiresome days got pushed to the back of Her mind while Her heart was being filled with happiness for these fun adventures.
I wonder what will keep Her smiling next week. I know She will be seeing Her beloved Hana'sGran, and then other people from the group that used to be Crones. I love it when She is so happy, because She gives excellent pets. Let's hope that nothing explodes and that we can get on with being good neighbors. Sayonara.
