One of my favorite things about being a cat in a house with human people is how funny they are.
Sometimes I just roll on the floor, laughing at the way they are about their problems. Some things I can see for myself, either watching Them, or on TV. Somethings I see on the computer when She is visiting with Her friends. I don't laugh at Her while She pretends She is just fine, but goes creeping around step - step - step. That is because She can't help it. And I don't laugh at Him, yelling at the computer, because he is not mean to Kasey or Her or me. But I do have to laugh at politics. There are two sides in politics. He and She are on the side that likes to share so that everyone gets the basic things, The other side says they want less government and more individual freedoms. Then they go and try to make laws about what pills people can take, and what they should do in their homes, and what guns they can have, and even that they have to say prayers. We all scratch our heads over that. Also, money is a big topic with Her, so when they say that people should have less money when they get old and retired, like He and She are, She wonders how we would ever get along. I chuckle to think of Her going back to work at a job. The other side thinks that people should get less help to pay for their docs and medicine, and if all their money is used up they can't get any help. I am surely glad cats aren't like that. Even when cats don't like each other, we still let them have their kibbles and fresh water. He and She and Kasey and I are in favor of the President, but some people don't like him because of what color he is. Can you believe that? I haven't ever seen two cats that are exactly the same color. There is always something with humans to get upset about, and that makes us chuckle and snicker and laugh.
Good news for dinner - She has shrimp cakes and orange potatoes. I like both those things. Ah-dyoo, amis.
